Quiz Show Plus Discussion

Join us for a screening of this classic, made all the more special with a Q&A immediately following with casting director Karen Etcoff, who worked with Robert Redford for six months on the film.

Released in 1994, yet still urgent and relevant, "Quiz Show" was immediately embraced as an unmissable tale of moral ambiguity delving into themes of greed, cult of celebrity, ambition, the corrupting nature of power, and what happens when society's standards are eroded and the public loses faith in its own government. The film struck a chord with viewers and critics alike, Roger Ebert hailed it as "smart, subtle, and ruthless," going on to be nominated for several Oscars, including best picture and best director for Robert Redford.
